This location in the West Mall and always has a line but its usually worth the queue. I have only had their ice cream but most flavors I’ve tried are delicious. Their ice cream is enough to feed two easily. I usually am able to split it by asking for an extra cup or cone. There are two lines, one to order with an attendant and one to order by machine. From what I have observed, typically the attendant is faster.

the matcha latte with snow top was the best matcha i’ve ever had, but i love really sweet things for reference. the cheese tarts were both good, the seasonal when I went was yuzu matcha and it was fine, tasted like key lime pie

Finally tried this matcha place!! Everytime I go, the lines are always so long and I don’t have the time to wait. This time, we got lucky and there was no line at all - there was actually a line forming behind us as we were ordering so I’m so glad we went at the time we did. We ordered the matcha soft serve and a dirty matcha latte. The matcha was so smoothhh and so matchhaaaie. Very rich, it taste both sweet and bitter~ The latte was the perfect mixture of matcha & espresso, sometimes one overpowers the other but they make the perfect balance.

Another spot we hit up during the Cherry Blossom Festival (4/20/25). I had heard about the matcha and definitely wanted to try it. The line had been long all day but we decided to wait towards the end of the festival. I ordered the Fresh Taro Matcha Latte (no sugar) and the Hojicha Latte (less sweet). Both were tasty and the matcha was very good. There are definitely other items on this menu I want to try. The matcha affogato, all the affogatos actually, the Ube ice cream, and pistachio match latte (which was sold out). Though the line was long they did their best to keep it moving and make it efficient. The order came out quickly and I look forward to trying their matcha's again in the future.

Maruwu Seicha, hands down this is one of the best places that I have ever had matcha. I’ve tried matcha ice cream and it was amazing. I recommend this place to any matcha lovers!

The cookies have beautiful colors and a moderately sweet taste, making them delicious. The packaging has a fancy, Japanese-style design. The tea offers a balanced blend of bitterness and sweetness, giving off a healthy impression. The place is always crowded with people waiting, and all the prepared tables are fully occupied. The tea is reasonably priced, but the cookies are somewhat expensive.

Matcha ice cream cone $6.5 only!!! Generous size. I can really taste the matcha!! TIPS: 1. Go straight to the staff with POS handheld, it saves you from waiting in super long line. 2. The staff always overlooked the ice cream cone order, so you better remind them nicely. It seems the ice cream cone order always placed in separate order slip area than the order slip for drink/the ice cream on the bowl, as reason they usually did not aware of the order slip for ice cream cone.

This is the best matcha I have ever had!! We got the matcha latte with 25% sweetness and hochia cold foam. It was the perfect order! We also tried the matcha affogato, which was also yummy. The icecream isn’t anything special, the concentrated matcha is the highlight
